Helpdesk Specialist:

Rivercrest Technologies Incorporated is accepting resumes for a Helpdesk Specialist. Applicants must be self motivated, energetic, willing and wanting to learn new technologies, willing to travel to customer sites, willing to work off hours/weekends, a good communicator and a strong team player. In order to be considered the following requirements must be met:

o Work experience in a computer technical support position or IT education.
o Microsoft certification a plus
o A minimum of Windows 2008 server technical support experience.
o A minimum of Windows 10 workstation experience
o Must have a good understanding of networking
o Must have working experience with Microsoft Office Products
o Good communication skills a must
o Ability to multitask and manage time a must
o Ability to work independently or as a team member
o Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle

o Must have the ability to work remotely
